TKB Collective Strategies was founded by Ben and Tara Kay Otey, a husband-and-wife team with backgrounds in military service, real estate investing, business strategy, and media consulting. Ben brings over a decade of leadership experience as a U.S. Army officer and extensive work in operations, project management, and capital partnerships. Tara Kay contributes her expertise in communications, brand strategy, and media management, giving the firm a well-rounded approach to both business and relationship-driven projects.
